About the role

- This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market insights, interview best practices, and hiring decisions.
- Drive process excellence by optimizing how we use our ATS, ensuring accurate data, and supporting recruiting analytics.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to build and execute on a seamless talent strategy, ensuring ongoing exchange of critical insights, data, and market trends
- IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).
Requirements
- This highly motivated individual must have a keen eye for talent and culture fit.
- As an Ibotta brand ambassador, this person must be engaging, confident, and persuasive.
- The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting during high growth and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- 5-7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally with a company during a high-growth phase
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize based on urgency and changing needs
- Exceptional ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while being able to pivot quickly and effectively as needed
- Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Compensation
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Applicants are accepted until the position is filled.

- $100,000 - $120,000.
- Equity is included in overall compensation package.
- This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
