About the role

- Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations $70,000 - $73,000 USD Clearway Energy Group is leading the transition to a world powered by clean energy.
Responsibilities
- Supports identifying opportunities to leverage spend by category.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential suppliers.
- Develop, negotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers.
- Support execution of supplier KPIs and demonstrate continuous improvement.
- Create and evaluate quotations/bids and recommend suppliers for sourcing selection.
- Execute practices to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing shortages and delays.
- Actively promote and support the company's Supplier Diversity initiatives.
- Effectively communicate the impact of sourcing decisions to management and employees as appropriate. Actively enroll their support.
- As we develop a nationwide pipeline of new energy projects for the future, Clearway's operating fleet generates enough reliable electricity to power more than 3 million homes today.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline required
Nice to have
- Experience in wind, solar, or related renewables or energy industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications and SAP or other ERP systems, as well as Ariba or other Business Spend platform, is highly preferred
Compensation
- $70,000 - $73,000 USD
