About the role
- Responsible for enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and responding to needs in the most efficient manner.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the paper distribution industry.
- The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage the order process from gathering specifications to assisting with claims, and every step in between.
- Build relationships with suppliers by working closely with theirs sales, service and technical support personnel to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
