Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the roadmap for a new set of software experiences and related platform capabilities
  • Partner closely with design and engineering to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and improve features across iOS and Android
  • Navigate technical constraints across hardware, embedded software, mobile clients, and backend systems to create simple member experiences
  • Develop a strong point of view on where Oura can expand into new technology-enabled experiences over time
  • Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional partners to define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes

Requirements

  • We would love to have you on our team if you have:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with 7+ years in consumer software or connected device products
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with mobile, backend, embedded, and platform engineers
  • Experience leading 0 to 1 or early-stage product initiatives from concept through launch
  • Proven ability to make high-quality product decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics

Nice to have

  • Experience with wearables, consumer electronics, identity, access, or other high-trust digital product areas
  • Familiarity with privacy-sensitive user experiences and systems that require careful coordination across hardware and software surfaces
  • These ranges may be modified in the future.
  • Region 1: $172,550 - $203,000
  • Region 2 $158,950 - $187,000
  • Region 3 $147,900 - $174,000
