About the role

Responsibilities
- Surgical Prioritization: Manage the product backlog with a cold, calculated focus on ROI, ensuring our engineering and design resources are always focused on the highest-impact moves.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the primary bridge between Design, Engineering, and Marketing, ensuring every launch is perfectly aligned with the Partyhat "vibe" and technical standards.
- Global Scale: Lead a product that is touched by thousands of players every day across a worldwide landscape.
- Manage the product backlog with a cold, calculated focus on ROI, ensuring our engineering and design resources are always focused on the highest-impact moves.
- Act as the primary bridge between Design, Engineering, and Marketing, ensuring every launch is perfectly aligned with the Partyhat "vibe" and technical standards.
Requirements
- The "Navigator": You are a battle-tested product leader.
- You know how to bring clarity to ambiguity and move a product forward in a high-speed, 24/7 environment.
- You must be available 7 days a week to manage global releases, handle real-time product issues, and coordinate with a 24/7 team.
- Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with metrics.
- Technical Proficiency: You speak the language of engineers and designers.
