- Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America) Job Description: Vitalant is hiring an experienced Clinical Lab Specialist to work in our Cellular Laboratory processing various types of cell therapy products.
- This role ensures all laboratory operations are performed in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations while maintaining high-quality service, accuracy, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reagents and perform routine testing of biological samples.
- Perform preventive maintenance, quality control, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Perform all duties in compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and quality policies.
- Deliver quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must meet CLIA requirements for high complexity testing required.
- Candidate must have cell processing and cryopreservation experience for this role.

Compensation
- $29.03-$38.33 / per hour
