- This person reports to the After School Program Director.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a designated group of Lower School students, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist students with homework and support age-appropriate activities, games, and free play Follow daily schedules and directions set by the After School Program Director Maintain accurate awareness of student attendance, transitions, and locations throughout the program Ensure students are released only to authorized individuals in accordance with established check-out procedures Reinforce school rules and expectations, addressing minor behavior issues and elevating concerns as needed Assist with snack distribution, clean-up, and maintaining organized program spaces Support smooth transitions between activities and help ensure an orderly, positive environment Participate in emergency drills and follow all safety procedures

- Agree with and exhibit behaviors in accordance with the Brook Hill Statement of Faith Must be at least 17 years of age
