About the role
- We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer to step into a key role on our Software Engineering - Integrations team.
- As a Senior Engineer, you won't just be writing code-you will be a vital technical voice and project leader.
Responsibilities
- Architecting Data Solutions: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable ETL processes using Python and Airflow to power our core platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical partner, collaborating directly with technical peers and non-technical stakeholders to unpack business requirements and translate them into elegant, scalable software solutions.
- Driving Technical Excellence: Champion best practices in software design, mentor those around you, and ensure our integration architecture is reliable, efficient, and built for the future.
- A strong track record of building and deploying within AWS cloud environments.
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable ETL processes using Python and Airflow to power our core platform.
Requirements
- Operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency, taking ownership of small projects and managing/mentoring pods of 1-2 other engineers to drive initiatives across the finish line.
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

- AI Curiosity: You are comfortable with AI development and have an eager desire to learn, explore, and push the boundaries of how we can leverage new AI technologies.

- Ability to work abroad for up to 2 months per year (conditions apply).
