About the role

  • Reporting to the Bentley Open Applications Division COO, the Senior Product Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling high‑performing, empowered product teams.
  • This is a highly influential individual contributor role where you will combine hands‑on coaching with organizational-level impact.
  • The ideal candidate is experienced in working with cross‑functional product teams, excels at coaching and facilitation, and is comfortable leading change in complex, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross‑functional product teams to identify opportunities to improve ways of working and support teams in implementing sustainable change.
  • Surface actionable insights and recommendations from "on the ground" observations to leadership to drive organization-wide improvements.
  • Design and implement lightweight frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve effectiveness and efficiency (with a strong "minimum viable process" mindset).
  • Support teams and leaders with OKR planning, decision-making, and outcome measurement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with cross‑functional product teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including experience with conflict resolution, group dynamics, and working across diverse personality styles.
  • Ability to observe team dynamics objectively and provide thoughtful, constructive, and sometimes challenging feedback.
  • Proven experience driving cultural and behavioral change through agile mindsets and best‑practice adoption.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
  • Comfort with product and delivery tooling (experience with Aha! and/or Azure DevOps is a bonus).
  • Natural connector who can synthesize diverse inputs, align stakeholders, and help teams find a clear path forward.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to positively influence teams and senior stakeholders.

  • experience as a Product Manager, Engineer, or Designer is a strong plus.
