About the role
- Ensures on a daily basis the integrity of the data used for commissions processing and works to further streamline and improve current processes within each calculation cycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage new hires, promotions, and other changes in our commissions software program
- Compile and manage various data sources inputs for commissions calculation software
- Create sales metrics reports that add value for sales management
- Build relationships with Sales Team members and provide quality customer service
- We also have several Employee Resource Groups (ERG) that deliver career development experiences, increase cultural awareness, and offer opportunities to engage in social responsibility.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- or an advanced degree without experience
- Experience with Commission Plan administration
- Knowledge of sales processes and incentive programs
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Extend a plus
Compensation
- Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly.
