Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain client general ledgers, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation of GAAP-based financial statements and client reporting packages.
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities within client systems, including QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, and BILL, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support accounting for real estate entities, including property-level activity, lease-related transactions, and expense tracking.
- The successful candidate will support engagements, client relationships, and teams delivering high-quality accounting services.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in public or private accounting, preferably with real estate industry experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Master's degree a plus.
- Hands-on experience working within QuickBooks is required
- experience with Xero and AppFolio is preferred.
