Summary of Responsibility: The Assistant Controller is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential for success in this position.

This role will prepare month end close, Oversee Commissions and Sales Tax fillings, detailed financial analysis, assist in budget preparation, Intercompany elimination, and support audits.
Able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting of moderate to heavyweight material up to 50 lbs. with assistance from equipment or other employees.

Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Attention to details and strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding and application of cost accounting principles.
