  • What You'll Experience: Leading program-level integration for the Strategic Weapons Control (SWC) Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) portfolio, ensuring alignment across technical, schedule, and resource plans.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing risks, schedules, and performance metrics to develop recovery actions and ensure mission success.
  • Traveling as needed to support proposals, programs, and cross-team coordination.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience).
  • Requires an additional 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of job-related experience.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Expertise in program and product life cycles, financial processes, and coordination with multiple subcontractors.
  • Professional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and in teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of defense or federal contracting and experience with DCMA audits.
  • What Sets You Apart: Proven ability to influence outcomes using data-driven planning and systems engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and a track record of supporting successful program execution.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and EVMS or scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation

  • Combined Salary Range USD $126,862.00 - USD $137,269.00 /Yr.
