Maintain liaison with prime clients and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, foster collaboration, and represent the organization at various meetings.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests and maintain good relationships with the client.
Maintain a historical database of estimates for metric analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement.
Able to perform conceptual estimates and have a deep understanding of design/build projects.

Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other related discipline
Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, electrical contractor

The Senior Director of Pre-Construction is responsible for supporting estimating and pre-construction services across multiple subregions, with the capabilities and personality to develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, as guided by the Regional VP of Operations.
