- For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
- Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:
- AND Triaging of paperwork and workflow and in-depth understanding of the operations of multiple parts of the organization or serving as a personal liaison for a higher ranking office official
- AND Experience in making travel arrangements and scheduling domestic and international travel (knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulations is preferred but not required)
- AND Collecting, analyzing and integrating complex information for office executives
- For the GS-12 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
- Specialized experience for this position includes AT LEAST FOUR of the following:
- AND Triaging of paperwork and workflow and understanding of the operations of multiple parts of the organization or serving as a personal liaison for a higher ranking office official
