About the role

Our Senior Technical Sourcer will own the top of funnel for our Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Supply Chain roles - identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent before they ever reach a recruiter.
This is a ground floor opportunity to shape how Amca sources and builds pipeline from the very first touchpoint, laying the foundation for our recruiting process as we scale.

Partner in-person with recruiters and hiring managers across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Supply Chain teams to understand role requirements, must-have skills, and team dynamics
Build sourcing strategies and talent maps tailored to each discipline (e.g., mechanical design engineers, electrical/hardware engineers, embedded and application software engineers, supply chain planners/buyers)
Ability to quickly learn and speak credibly across different technical vocabularies - e.g., understanding the difference between a controls engineer and a design engineer, or a demand planner and a sourcing/procurement specialist

4+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles, ideally spanning multiple disciplines (engineering and/or supply chain)
Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean search, InMail strategy, talent pools/projects)
Hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse (pipeline management, candidate tagging, reporting)
Excellent written communication skills - you know how to craft outreach that resonates with very different candidate audiences
