About the role
- The work will vary depending on where you focus, but the common thread is connecting ground-level business activity to rigorous financial thinking.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models across a range of contexts - deals and partnerships, product and channel economics, cost structures, and investment decisions
- Support the corporate financial model with bottoms-up inputs, and maintain that connection as the underlying business evolves
- Partner cross-functionally - with sales, GTM, engineering, research, and finance leadership - to translate business activity into financial frameworks
- Develop cost and investment models (compute, infrastructure, headcount, R&D) to inform resource planning and tradeoff decisions
- Strong financial modeling skills - build clean, auditable models from scratch

Requirements
- Experience with deal economics, revenue modeling, or commercial finance at a technology company
- Comfort with cost-side modeling: you understand how compute, headcount, and infrastructure costs behave
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, legal, and product without losing rigor
- ability to explain model assumptions to non-finance stakeholders
