About the role
- The AM Restaurant Server provides food and beverage service to guests during breakfast and morning hours, following hotel standards.
- This role involves taking and delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
- Maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code.
Requirements
- Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred.
