- We're looking for an Audit Engineer to serve as the bridge between our customers and our product.
- This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of customer success, implementation, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities
- Lead customer workflow discovery during implementations
- Run weekly customer check-ins and manage ongoing communications
- Support pilot engagements and new product rollouts
- Create and manage Linear issues for engineering teams, ensuring customer requests are tracked through resolution
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs
- Build trusted relationships with audit partners, managers, and staff
Requirements
- 5-10 years of audit or assurance experience
- Experience at a Big 4 or Top 25 accounting firm
- Strong understanding of audit methodology and client workflows
- Experience with audit technology or workflow automation tools
- Experience implementing enterprise software
- Experience leading firm innovation or transformation initiatives
