Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support office operations and contribute to the firm's continued growth and technical excellence.
The Senior Project Manager will manage multidisciplinary municipal infrastructure projects in the water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, and transportation sectors.
This position requires leadership in business development, technical project delivery, and mentoring of project staff, while providing operational and resource management support to the Lake Oswego office.
Manage budgets, schedules, staff utilization, and subconsultants to ensure high-quality project delivery and profitability.
Support office leadership in workload forecasting, resource allocation, and operational improvements.
Team Building & Community - Office social events, all-company retreat, and paid volunteer hours to encourage local community involvement and partnerships.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon (and Washington and/or Idaho preferred).
Minimum 10-15 years of experience managing municipal infrastructure projects for public-sector clients.
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
Strong operational leadership experience, including staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

Provide mentorship and direction to project engineers and junior project managers.
Oversee proposal preparation, interviews, and contract negotiations.
Promote continuous improvement in project management practices, QA/QC, and technical standards.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $80.00-$105.00/hour based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position.
RH2 values our employees' work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.
This position is eligible for RH2's performance bonus, which is equivalent to one month's pay.
