Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects
Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings
Support and enforce project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards
Partner with the Construction Manager and project team to solve issues and adjust plans as needed
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication independently

Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience in an Electrical Foreman or Project Lead role
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and work on your feet for long periods of time
Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures
Ability to dig, backfill, and manually move materials
Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds

40/hr. -50/hr. plus per diem, incentive opportunities, or other applicable compensation details.
