Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to scope and implement trusted business metrics, proactively identify data integrity issues, and optimize operational workflows.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights with strategic recommendations that drive measurable actions and outcomes to inform business priorities.
- Help build and evolve our analytical foundation, including event instrumentation, metric frameworks, and scalable self-serve analytics tools.
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a track record of elevating scientific standards and developing junior talent across teams.
- Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent years of practical work experience.
- 5+ years of experience using SQL or similar big data querying languages.
- 5+ years of experience with a programming language such as Python or R.
- 5+ years of experience with applied statistical techniques, such as inferential methods, causal methods, A/B testing, or statistical modeling techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings from data and models into compelling insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics or a related field.
- Experience working with sales organizations and familiarity with funnel and pipeline processes.
