About the role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a n important role in all phases service that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards.

perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and serviceable manner including taking preventive measures
perform routine maintenance and repair including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed.
Maintain roadways, parking areas, driveways, etc. by cutting, trimming, policing, sweeping, etc. as directed.
Perform cleaning duties in very high places using appropriate equipment and following all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain general plan and facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor in accordance with established maintenance policies and procedures; perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and serviceable manner including taking preventive measures; perform routine maintenance and repair including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed.
Requires proficient ability to speak, read and write English; ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.
