Responsibilities
- perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and serviceable manner including taking preventive measures
- perform routine maintenance and repair including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed.
- Maintain roadways, parking areas, driveways, etc. by cutting, trimming, policing, sweeping, etc. as directed.
- Perform cleaning duties in very high places using appropriate equipment and following all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain general plan and facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
- Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor in accordance with established maintenance policies and procedures; perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and serviceable manner including taking preventive measures; perform routine maintenance and repair including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed.
- Requires proficient ability to speak, read and write English; ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.

- High School Diploma (or G.E.D.) required; some vocational school courses such as general mechanical, safety requirements, and making minor repairs preferred.
