As Electrical Lead at Giga, you'll own the electrical systems that keep the world's most demanding AI infrastructure running.
This is a high-stakes, high-impact role where you'll lead a portfolio of complex data center electrical projects - from design and procurement through commissioning and operations.
You'll set the technical bar, unblock your team, and ensure every watt of power we deliver is reliable, safe, and built to scale.
Lead and manage electrical subcontractors, providing technical, scheduling, and safety direction.
Own the full lifecycle of data center electrical systems - from conceptual design and load planning through installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve field issues
Maintain documentation of inspections, punch lists, and quality checks
Monthly team onsites where all offices come in-person to collaborate

8-15+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
Deep knowledge of medium- and low-voltage power distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and critical power infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of NEC, NETA and applicable local codes
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center environments at 10+ MW capacity.
Experience in high-reliability environments (data centers, energy, industrial, oil & gas, etc.)
