About the role

This work would be done under the supervision of the Early Birds Director, or Program Manager.
This position involves continuing to integrate more fully the principles of Early Intervention (EI) and Developmental Relationship-Based Interventions (DRBI) provided in supervision and during staff trainings.
To qualify for this position, the expectation is that the employee would quickly become well-versed in the basics of Early Intervention and have an extensive background in working with children aged Birth to 3 years old.

Bilingual in Spanish is required
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required
Must have experience working with 0-3 and some experience working with infants/toddlers with or at risk for developmental delays/disabilities

Carry out home sessions using EI principles specifically tailored to the child, under the
Provide services in Spanish when this is the child or family's preferred language.
Train in and carry out evaluations for Early Birds including the DAY-C.
Train in and eventually write assessments and any other clinical notes on the children seen.
