At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference.
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $80,170 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start.

Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs.
Periodic travel may be required.
The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings.

Translate business rules and requirements into process workflows, charts, models, and technical specifications.
Proficient in documenting current and future state business workflows using computer-based workflow diagram software (Visio, Miro, Draw.io, etc.).
Conduct analysis of system issues and propose technical solutions.
Provide direction, prioritization, and refinement of the backlog for product(s) as assigned
may work as a product owner for a solution or scrum team.
Clarify questions from the development/QA teams regarding the intended usage of enhancements and software, and the definition of business terms and processes.
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project or enhancement goals.
Investigate issues that are escalated by Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, engage the right teams and provide guidance on corrective actions.

You`ll earn between $80,170 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
401k plan and matches $1 for $1 up to 4% of earnings, matched & vested at every pay cycle
