Responsibilities

  • As a Consultant in Automotive Quality Engineering, you will take ownership of challenging quality topics at leading OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers and drive measurable improvements across products, processes, and supply chains.
  • Drive quality excellence in automotive development and production projects at OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.
  • Support supplier qualification, APQP activities, and preparation of PPAP documentation.
  • Implement and improve quality engineering methods (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and drive issues to sustainable resolution.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and navigate cross-functional team settings.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Automotive Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Product Development or related technical roles.

Nice to have

  • Fluent in English
  • German and Spanish are a plus.
