About the role

- You'll play a key role in the month-end close process across multiple international entities, supporting both day-to-day accounting operations and broader financial analysis.

Responsibilities
- Own the month-end close process, including bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, amortization, depreciation entries, and reconciliation of fixed asset and intercompany accounts
- Perform monthly variance analysis and investigate significant fluctuations in financial results
- Support the year-end audit process by responding to auditor requests and providing supporting documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Solid experience with financial statements and journal entries
Nice to have
- CPA designation in progress or planned
- Experience with NetSuite
- Prior exposure to a global or multinational company environment
- Effectuer l'analyse mensuelle des écarts et enquêter sur les fluctuations importantes des résultats financiers.
- Préparer et produire les déclarations mensuelles de taxes (TPS/TVQ) et assurer la conformité en matière de taxes indirectes dans plusieurs juridictions étrangères.
- Coordonner avec les cabinets comptables externes et les prestataires de services locaux pour les filiales étrangères afin de garantir la production des rapports statutaires et la conformité locale dans les délais.
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité.
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité.
