About the role
- In this role, you will be the primary owner of the on-site and offsite inventory, responsible for tracking, driving supply, identifying and closing supply gaps.
- The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, hands-on and flexible, who can navigate the complexities of working within a small cross-functional team in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the management of on and off-site production material to ensure organized storage and materials tracking.
- Work directly with Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners through weekly material reviews to identify and resolve Supply-Demand gaps.
- Lead supplier material escalations.
- Issue production POs for monthly build plans or other production related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on experience in supply chain related roles
- Experience with inventory management and warehousing
- Complete monthly physical inventory counts, as required, and investigate/correct any variances.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of NPI processes and scaling manufacturing operations
- Experience with BOM structures and ECO, MCO, Deviations

Compensation
- Base Pay Range
- $110,000 - $150,000 USD
