  • A hierarchical reporting line to the Head of Concessions in North America.
  • A functional reporting line to the Technical Department in Madrid, Spain.
  • The T&R Manager will be directly responsible for the T&R team based in the U.S. office, currently composed of two engineers.
  • Additional requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in traffic analysis, transportation planning, or highway design
  • Required Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities

Skills

  • Critical analysis and research of the market environment, users' preferences and competing infrastructure.
  • Provide, when needed, internal or preliminary T&R estimations.
  • Provide technical oversight into the integration of traffic modeling results into strategic decisions
  • Participate in high-level meetings with public agencies and stakeholders to present T&R insights
  • Closely oversee, audit and proactively contribute in the development of T&R models, user demand projections, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation for bids, including reports and presentations.
  • Tracking and assessment of T&R in awarded assets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve modeling methodologies and analytical tools.
