About the role
- You'll report directly to the CEO (we're flat), work closely with product and forward-deployed engineering, and selectively join customer calls when you're the subject-matter expert on something you've built.
Responsibilities
- Own the browser automation and document intelligence platform from the ground up
- Build and ship AI agents that handle complex insurance workflows across voice, chat, email, and SMS
Nice to have
- Strong foundation from a reputable tech company or well-known startup - we value quality of experience over years
- Proven ability to ship AI or LLM-based products in production - this is non-negotiable Technical Skills
- Proficient in a modern language
- willingness to work in TypeScript/React/Node.js/Express (our stack)
- PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience
- GPA 3.7+ preferred for candidates earlier in career - we may request a transcript
- School prestige matters less than how you performed there
