About the role

- Candidate may not have the opportunity for growth in their existing role because of a glass ceiling, and will have the opportunity to grow into VP Engg role at Monaeo. ~$150-200k budget, sliding scale based on equity
- The candidate should have demonstrated an upward career trajectory at one or more of their past employers. ~$125-150k budget, sliding scale based on equity
