You'll partner directly with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive "process autopsies"; dissecting current workflows to keep what works and remove what doesn't.

A dynamic career journey combining a strong academic foundation (Bachelor's or higher) with over 5 years of experience in workforce development.
You have experience collaborating with state and local workforce boards, managing regional differences, and navigating complex, locally-specific requirements.
You are fluent in both 'workforce' and 'technology,' possessing deep, 5+ years of specific knowledge in WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce-related contracts/programs.

You'll lead investigative sessions to hunt down bottlenecks and outdated relics, ultimately architecting a bigger, bolder vision for our customers to serve their community.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check (including criminal, prior employment and education verification).
