Responsibilities
- We blend cutting-edge technology with compassionate, high-touch services to drive real, measurable outcomes in the lives of job seekers across the country.
- When a state partners with us, they get more than software; they get the operating playbook we've built running boards across the country.
- You'll partner directly with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive "process autopsies"; dissecting current workflows to keep what works and remove what doesn't.
Requirements
- A dynamic career journey combining a strong academic foundation (Bachelor's or higher) with over 5 years of experience in workforce development.
- You have experience collaborating with state and local workforce boards, managing regional differences, and navigating complex, locally-specific requirements.
- You are fluent in both 'workforce' and 'technology,' possessing deep, 5+ years of specific knowledge in WIOA, TANF, SNAP, and other workforce-related contracts/programs.
