Responsibilities
- Support of ongoing operations
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Develop departmental plans including business, production, and/or organizational Manages resources to ensure financial and operational objectives are met.
- Ability to lead others and to effectively manage individual employee performance.
- Ability to train and develop other professionals.
- Ability to be a team player; consistently delivers against commitment to the team and its individual members.
- Ability to routinely influence and lead business improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree required.
- Ability to travel as required.
