About the role
- The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Clinical education or Master's degree welcomed.
- 3+ years' experience/expertise in evaluating, developing and sustaining housing, health care or support services programs, integrated approach preferred.
- Experience working in organizations serving marginalized communities, social justice, healthcare, or human services preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and mediating, particularly in sensitive situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with respective stakeholders including finalizing applications to meet submission deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, social services or other related field required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing multi-million dollar organizational or program budgets.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising a multi-disciplinary management team to drive organizational goals.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple housing and/or human services programs simultaneously.
- Extensive experience leading and developing management teams
Compensation
- $127k-$158k
