Responsibilities

- Our partner is looking for an OnBase Developer based in the United States.
- This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and enhance enterprise content management solutions that improve business efficiency and operational performance.
- You will play a key role in building customized OnBase solutions, automating workflows, and supporting technology initiatives across the organization.
- The position combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
- You will help optimize systems, improve user experiences, and support continuous improvement through automation and modern development practices.
- Design and develop customized OnBase solutions aligned with business requirements, automation goals, and operational needs.
- Create and maintain OnBase Unity scripts and APIs to extend functionality, integrate systems, and automate processes.
- Configure and optimize OnBase modules, including Workflow, WorkView, and Unity Forms, to improve business processes and productivity.
- Partner with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an OnBase Administrator or in a similar OnBase-focused role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing OnBase Unity Scripts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with.NET scripting languages, preferably C#, and SQL.
- Experience with OnBase Certified System Administrator and Certified Hyland Developer Specialist certifications.
- Strong understanding of OnBase architecture, modules, configurations, and development practices.
- Knowledge of data integration and migration techniques, including Web Services, Webhooks, and REST APIs.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with OnBase WorkView administration is a plus.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
