Requirements

  • Estimate efforts & costs required for the delivery of complex and large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or software, computer science or equivalent discipline.
  • At least 1-3 years experience in a similar role (a must have).
  • Mastery of business process concepts (a must have).
  • Experience in computer science (a must have).
  • Proven ability to multi-task while simultaneously demonstrating initiative and creativity
  • Experience with at least one ERP, CRM and/or e-commerce software.

  • Big Bang is seeking a Project Manager to be part of our fast-growing team.
  • In addition, the Project Manager will be called to act as business analyst as well as account manager to existing customers.
  • Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Project Manager will actively participate in the management of ERP/CRM consulting teams to execute project implementations, integration and continuous support of cloud-based management solutions for our customers.
  • The candidate must display a high level of competency within all phases of project management as well as eagerness for customer satisfaction.
  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Project management (40%)
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases.
  • Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for projects and ongoing support activities.
  • Effectively manage scope, risks, change, negotiate, communicate and remove project roadblocks.
  • Create and manage project schedules, organize activities, determine the sequence of execution, identify dependencies and resources.
  • Work with team members to obtain estimates and identify relevant resources.
  • Participate in the sales process.
  • Business analysis (30%)
  • Analyze current business processes and define new processes to improve our customer's operating efficiency.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering, planning, design, implementation and validation with users.
  • Write documents and review project documentation: business processes, user guides, test plans, documentation systems, procedures and scope definition.
  • Develop/update training materials and provide training to our customer's key actors.
  • Act as a facilitator and participate in the implementation of organizational changes.
