About the role
- Our PDI Fuel Management team is in search of a Managed Services Analyst I that can provide fuel inventory management and accounting services for customers who outsource their fuel management to PDI.
Responsibilities
- Monitor market direction and adjust delivery time as necessary to manage customer fuel needs with the company's best purchasing opportunities
- Build strong relationships with suppliers & carriers to support customer's fuel management program
- Collaborate with fuel vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate payment processing.
- Track fuel inventory levels, costs, pricing, and volumes to support accurate financial reporting and margin analysis.
Requirements
- Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch, fuel accounting, or a related field required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other Office applications.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
