About the role

  • Pape-Dawson's Atlanta office serves as a regional hub for our Georgia team, supporting clients across the Southeast with deep local insight and access to statewide resources.
  • Built on the strong foundation and local relationships established by Eberly & Associates, the Atlanta office continues a legacy of service while bringing the expanded capabilities of Pape-Dawson to the region.
  • We are seeking a full-time PE licensed Project Manager, Site Development based in our Atlanta office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and actively participate in the design, plan production and permitting for land development projects.
  • Lead and mentor a group of technical professionals - engineers and technical support- to serve our clients well
  • Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management
  • Proven ability to effectively and respectfully communicate, both oral and written skills, with all level of employees
