The VP, Construction & Facilities Management is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, execution, and long-term stewardship of the family office's real estate and physical assets.
It is an execution role that requires strong design, construction management, vendor control, and operations experience across multiple UHNW residential.
You'll thrive in a high-urgency, design-build environment where expectations exceed industry norms and deadlines often seem impossible - because speed is the mandate, not the exception.
Lead all new builds, renovations, and major capital projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use assets; manage designers, architects, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
Develop and manage construction and facilities budgets, track capex/opex, and evaluate ROI with a long-term ownership mindset.
Physical Security Design, deploy and operate security systems and personnel at each site during construction and operation of each facility.
Ensure that passive and active security measures are designed into each projection from the earliest phases, ensuring exception safety and security at all times.
