About the role
- A Parts Professional provides prompt and courteous service to all customers over the telephone, in the store, or in the dealer's shop.
- Looks up the parts application in catalogs or POS system.
- Assists and advises customers on how to best meet their needs, often dealing with questions and problems of a highly technical nature.
