About the role
- Reviews and processes purchasing requests from departmental staff for products and/or services, in accordance with established state law and University guidelines and procedures.
- Prepares, organizes, updates, and disseminates procurement documentation and interacts with UM staff on day-to-day procurement matters.
- Provides assistance in user training and problem resolution.

- Provides routine advice and support to staff on procurement process and documentation issues based on set material or standards.

Compensation
- $19k-$28k
