About the role

  • The CW Systems Technical Operations Engineering team is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer with a specialization in HVAC systems.
  • This role requires comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, including those enforced by OSHA and refrigerant management standards from the EPA.
  • As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will not only deploy our products to customers, but also play a pivotal role in the customer handoff and ongoing sustainment of our systems.

Requirements

  • Profound hands-on expertise with HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and operational methods
  • Expertise in HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Proficiency in resolving complex HVAC challenges effectively

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, with an emphasis on HVAC
  • Professional certifications in HVAC, OSHA, and EPA
  • Experience with HVAC operations in secure environments, such as DoD
  • Knowledge of military or commercial HVAC requirements and operations
  • Military background with a specialization in HVAC systems
  • Technical proficiency in HVAC control systems networking and integration

Compensation

  • $113,000 - $155,000 USD
