About the role
- The CW Systems Technical Operations Engineering team is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer with a specialization in HVAC systems.
- This role requires comprehensive knowledge of environmental regulations, including those enforced by OSHA and refrigerant management standards from the EPA.
- As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will not only deploy our products to customers, but also play a pivotal role in the customer handoff and ongoing sustainment of our systems.

Requirements
- Profound hands-on expertise with HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and operational methods
- Expertise in HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Proficiency in resolving complex HVAC challenges effectively
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, with an emphasis on HVAC
- Professional certifications in HVAC, OSHA, and EPA
- Experience with HVAC operations in secure environments, such as DoD
- Knowledge of military or commercial HVAC requirements and operations
- Military background with a specialization in HVAC systems
- Technical proficiency in HVAC control systems networking and integration
Compensation
- $113,000 - $155,000 USD
