Responsibilities
- Lead and support training-related projects that align with operational and business goals.
- Partner with supervisors and team leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training processes, tools, and documentation.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and support to ensure successful integration of training into daily operations.
Nice to have
- Facilitate Structured On-the-Job Training (S-OJT) to accelerate skill development and employee proficiency.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or workforce development programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
