About the role
- Win net-new clients across Financial Services, specifically in banking, payments, and a sset/wealth management
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and SOWs to close new business
- Run a structured, disciplined sales process (for example, MEDDIC)
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
- Support RFPs and build compelling, client-specific proposals that win
- Partner closely with internal teams to close deals and set up a smooth delivery handoff
- Collaborate with distributed delivery and consulting teams across the US and India
Requirements
- Financial Services domain expertise
- A track record of closing new business
- The ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience selling complex solutions across AI, analytics, consulting, or technology

Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the starting base salary for this role is $250,000, with the potential for a higher base depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position.
