About the role

  • Win net-new clients across Financial Services, specifically in banking, payments, and a sset/wealth management
  • Structure and negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and SOWs to close new business
  • Run a structured, disciplined sales process (for example, MEDDIC)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
  • Support RFPs and build compelling, client-specific proposals that win
  • Partner closely with internal teams to close deals and set up a smooth delivery handoff
  • Collaborate with distributed delivery and consulting teams across the US and India

Requirements

  • Financial Services domain expertise
  • A track record of closing new business
  • The ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience selling complex solutions across AI, analytics, consulting, or technology
  • All applications must be made through posted job openings

Compensation

  • A reasonable estimate of the starting base salary for this role is $250,000, with the potential for a higher base depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position.
