Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with members by listening, communicating effectively, and understanding their financial needs
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate member records
- Support our outreach efforts through outbound calls to promote products and services

Requirements
- Our ideal candidate has:

- A certificate or diploma in Business (a university degree is an asset)
- Previous sales or service experience - preferably in the financial industry
