Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will support the team leading the project management of the multi-asset and asset-based finance strategies on all product management, strategy and client proposal initiatives across commingled funds, single sector separately managed accounts and multi-asset proposals
- Strategize and draft strategic client proposals across credit and multi-asset solutions, including building model portfolios, creating client presentations and incorporating market intelligence into tailored messaging.
- Create and compile strategy-specific marketing materials, including offering memoranda, investor presentations and other documents related to our strategies.
- Project manage all deliverables during fundraising such as coordinating client calls, meetings and on-sites to advance investor due diligence processes and interest
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or another relevant discipline.
- Experience Required: 1-4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising and/or investment in private markets, with a preference for candidates with direct experience in alternatives
- The ability to manipulate and summarize data sets is important.
- Ability to be a "self-starter" with intellectual curiosity and honesty.
- Experience in high volume processes and technology enabled solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the institutional landscape and the preferences, styles and requirements for credit investors broadly across key regions and investor types.
Compensation
- Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
- Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
