- Your Role at Delta Faucet The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Partner with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues
- Manage staffing levels, training plans, and performance reviews
- Support new product launches, process changes, and capacity planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
- Proven experience leading teams in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and labor management
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Experience using ERP / MES systems
- OSHA safety training or certification
- Experience managing multiple shifts or departments
- Problem-solving skills and tools such as PDCA, DMAIC and Kaizen
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and standing/walking for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25-40 lbs

Compensation
- $88,700.00 - $139,260.00 USD
- Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
