Requirements
- 6+ months experience operating various types of manufacturing equipment and machinery Ability to operate a computer to run reports, send and receive communication, etc.
- Additional PPE may be required as determined by the environment.

- Summary The Operator 1 is responsible for operating a variety of machinery such as saws, presses, and drills to fabricate railcar component parts to meet close and complex tolerances.
- Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily.
- Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.
- Assembles and grinds products such as carbon and stainless steel, or aluminum, using grinders, tables or conveyor systems.
