Responsibilities

  • Endpoint Engineering & Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Create, maintain, and enhance Windows Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images aligned with organizational standards.
  • Design and deliver new SOE image projects and deployment solutions.
  • Manage software image lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, and validation.
  • Perform image quality assurance, software compatibility reviews, and malware protection checks.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and update ITSM records for all image-related changes.
  • Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Platform Administration Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
  • Test and validate new standards and solutions for compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Document platform configurations, exceptions, and operational procedures.
  • Software Packaging & Deployment Develop and maintain software packaging and deployment standards.
  • Create deployment-ready application packages (MSI, IntuneWin, and other formats).

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
  • Experience with software packaging, application deployment, and endpoint security management.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO) administration, and identity services.
  • Experience managing mobile devices, security policies, and compliance controls.
  • Working knowledge of JAMF Pro and Apple device management technologies.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
  • Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
