Responsibilities
- Endpoint Engineering & Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Create, maintain, and enhance Windows Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images aligned with organizational standards.
- Design and deliver new SOE image projects and deployment solutions.
- Manage software image lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, and validation.
- Perform image quality assurance, software compatibility reviews, and malware protection checks.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and update ITSM records for all image-related changes.
- Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Platform Administration Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
- Test and validate new standards and solutions for compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Document platform configurations, exceptions, and operational procedures.
- Software Packaging & Deployment Develop and maintain software packaging and deployment standards.
- Create deployment-ready application packages (MSI, IntuneWin, and other formats).
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
- Experience with software packaging, application deployment, and endpoint security management.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO) administration, and identity services.
- Experience managing mobile devices, security policies, and compliance controls.
- Working knowledge of JAMF Pro and Apple device management technologies.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
- Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
